What is Jealous?
Feeling resentment against someone because of that person's rivalry, success, or advantages.
Types of Jealousy; Jealousy can be classified into two categories: Normal and Abnormal.

Notes that lebels can be attached to every type of situation that causes jealousy.
Romatic Jealousy. For example, couples. Moreso, seeing your ex-man or woman with other opposite sex could be a shocke for you and make you jealousy.
Note: only few people can let go of their past, no matter what, it hurt. Expecially if they thought all hope is lost for their ex-mate...

Work or power jealousy; this occure in the office or the seat of power. For example, promotion or salary level or other work-related issues.

Friend Jealousy: this takes place amongs friends and loved ones.
Family Jealousy: amongs sibling. All these are normal jealousy.

Abnormal Jealousy: According to Dr Hupka, abnormal jealousy can be attributed to common issues including extreme insecurity, immaaturity and being ''control freak''. In some cases, however it is due to a mental illness, such as paranoia or schizophrenia, or a chemical imbalance in the brain.

Jealousy biblically is a seed that is sow by satan to destroy unlike (LOVE). It is a very dangerious seed, that could make one do what ordinarily wont have done.
There are two types of Jealousy: Good and Bad jealousy.

Good Jealousy: is when a friend, family or co-worker have something that you do not have and you like it and desire it.

Bad Jealousy: is when one be witch others because of their good success in life or more fortunate.

Jealousy is very bad, it make one to hate or kill our loved ones, family, friends or co-workers.
It was jealousy that made Cain to killed Abel his brother (Genesis 4: 8).

How to overcome Jealousy: We can overcome the spirit of jealousy by being contented with what we have. Remember, nobody can have it all. Being contented with whatever we have is a good key to living a happy and filfilled life. The book of ( Philippians 4 v 11-13). Thank you for reading and please comment.

Eating Good Food

What is food? It is a substances that give nutrition, vitamins and energy to man's body. It enhance the growth of man's body. It enhance the growth of man. It is any substances or liquid that goes in the body.

Why do man fight for food? Man fight for food for different reasons. Obviously man cannot not live without food. Man fight for food due to poverty, or lack of enough. Selfish interest of man's undying factor for hunger strike.

Do man live to eat or man eat to live? For it is written "man shall not live by bread alone..."
In Africa, a lot of people could not eat what they want rather they eat what they see.
In the developed countries food is very much avaliable to rich and poor. And everyone could eat good meal.

We need HOPE HOUSE in Africa... Where people can come and eat without money, basically in the rural area.

What is man's hope for food? Man believe the little food could sustain him till future. But man forget that every substances that is taken is only for a moment. Soon it becomes waste, and the body request for more.

What  does the bible teach about food? Man shall not live by bread alone, but by the word of God...

Should food be a problem among family?

On The Journey

This is the way things are being done on earth. Man's activities could be referred to as his journey. When you are occupied with so much activities, you may forget where you are going. Some believe this while others believe that it is just a starting point.

of course, every journey is a starting point because life itself is a journey. 

A journey is the process or means of leaving ones home or means of leaving ones home or father's land to a foreign land.  It is the process of moving from one place to another. 

May we travel far and near. And eat the good of the land.

Evil Acts Of The Nigerian Police

The Nigerian police remains the prominent law enforcement agency in Nigeria. As part of its statutory functions, the protection of the citizens' lives and properties is their primary responsibility in a country like ours. Deliberately or rather unmindful, the Police expose citizens to hazards without addressing the consequences of their actions. This pathetic situation is not worth celebrating by the citizens that require the day to day assurances of the Police.

In this particular instance, it was reported that a new car was snatched by the robbers from a lady, who reported the case to the near by police station where the act happened, when she got to the station she saw the police officer discussing with the suspects that snatched her car the previous day. She wept bitterly and quietly left the station.

This will not be the first case that will be reported and definitely not the last. It is as if nobody seems to be interested in any investigating cases of this unholy act by the police. The police ought in the wee-hour of the night to protect innocent and harmless citizens, but in our case they don't, instead, they connive with culprits.

The Fear Of The Unknown

Share your experience with others. Wether bad or good so that they could learn from your mistakes or fortune in life. This will strength the soul of others. If we have been hurt or if our past life is hurting us, we should let others learn from our mistakes, so that the young generation will not pass through the same... In discovering of new invention.

I think this will help to reduce some risk in life. Although life itself is a risk.

THE NEWSY POLLUTION BEHIND BREAD MAKING!!

This is absolutely shocking! Can you imagine? Some people don’t bother about their state of health any more and worse, they are not mindful about other people’s either! Bread is an essential commodity in Nigeria. I mean, we all eat bread. Whether sliced or unsliced, french bread, wheat or sweetened bread, white or brown.

Among the low class in Lagos Nigeria, the Agege bread is a very popular brand.

Agege bread is a local bread which is baked by low-cost bakers. But it is sad that some of these bakers have thrown caution into the wind. By this I mean that most of them do not do any hygiene check on their environment, or consider the health implication of the mode of baking this bread.

For example, I stumbled into a local bakery just the other day, located near a pit-toilet!!! It is so appalling to think these bread baked is what is eventually sold to the public. (Sigh).

I think ALL bread baked in Nigeria should begin to be given NAFDAC number for the good health of Nigerians! Or is there any other action that can be taken to check the practice of these local bakers? We need to think good health, for good wealth.

Okay, when next you decide to buy Agege bread, just remember where the bread must have been
baked!
