The Seed of Imagination

In the vibrant core of Lagos, Nigeria, where the lively sounds of street vendors mingled with the laughter of children playing in the streets, there lived a girl named Angel. With her fair skin shimmering in the bright sunlight and eyes that glinted with wonder, she was an everyday girl harboring an extraordinary dream. From an early age, Angel discovered comfort in the world of stories. The enchanting tales shared by her grandmother, rich with the essence of Yoruba folklore, ignited a deep passion within her. Each evening, after completing her household tasks, she would grab a pen and a piece of paper, eager to capture her own adventures, blending the realities of her life with the fantasies swirling in her imagination. Her handwritten journals became her sanctuary, filled with characters drawn from the vibrant life of Lagos, its colorful inhabitants, bustling markets, and the soothing rhythm of the sea. Angel cherished every moment spent with her grandmother, who instilled in her the art of storytelling, never realizing that one day she would also share her own tale through ink and paper.

Balancing Rights: The Role of Abortion Legislation in the 2024 Presidential Election Battle

Some human actions are seen as sins, while others are viewed as human rights. What laws or rules do you support? Be careful not to act like those you criticize. Religious texts guide many people's lives. Stay true to your faith and beliefs.
A Closer Look at Abortion: A Comprehensive Examination Contemplating the challenges and injustices in our world can feel daunting. I find solace in the teachings of the Bible, which provide a moral framework to help us through tough times. Recently, I engaged in a meaningful conversation with a close friend from America. We discussed the upcoming presidential election, and she brought up a compelling question about the legality of abortion in the U.S. She wondered if a child conceived by their biological father should be permitted to carry the pregnancy to term. This inquiry prompted me to seek answers and reflect on the various critical issues our society confronts today. What situations should justify the legalization of abortion? These are indeed intricate and thought-provoking questions to consider.

Reflecting On The Significance of Prayer

Reflecting on the significance of prayer is essential. Prayer can be done anywhere, and it's beneficial to understand the types of prayers that resonate with you. Sympathy prayers are offered when someone is facing difficulties; for instance, if a friend expresses their struggles, another might say, "God is your strength," to provide comfort. Then there are encouragement prayers, often used when someone is feeling down. A common response to someone sharing their troubles is "It is well," a phrase rooted in the Bible story of Elisha and the Shunammite Woman (2 Kings 4:24-26), where the prophet inquires about her well-being. In Nigeria today, this phrase is widely used by both Christians and non-believers alike. Some Nigerians in Europe even humorously say, "It is well, even in the well, Jesus is aware." Other forms of prayer include healing prayers, prayers of gratitude, prayers of hope, and prayers of faith. Yet, the most significant prayer is the one Jesus taught us: "Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name." This powerful prayer is often taken for granted. I recall a time when I was a young journalist in Lagos. One day, my friend and I received a free ride from a generous man who asked us about our prayer habits. He shared that he emphasizes the Lord’s Prayer and how it has positively impacted his life, recounting some of his achievements along the way. I choose not to identify as a Christian while striving to embody those values. I recognize that my salvation comes from grace. It is through this wonderful grace that I have discovered the living truth of faith, which I strive to follow. I appreciate those who speak positively about us and keep us in their prayers, while I feel disheartened by those who gossip negatively. Yet, we must keep in mind that everyone is human, and we can only expect so much from each individual based on their life experiences and the challenges they encounter. It has been said that a person often faces their own struggles and can be their own greatest adversary.

Celebrating My First Birthday as a Mother

Today marks my birthday, a significant occasion as I celebrate it for the first time as a mother. Indeed, every experience has its inaugural moment. This journey has been remarkable for both me and my little family, and we are profoundly grateful for the gift of life. This milestone is one worth celebrating with all of you, and I would like to take this moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to our friends and family who have showered us with gifts and support during this time. Life's true beauty lies in the wonderful people we share it with. There’s nothing quite like the warmth of togetherness, along with the genuine love and kindness we show each other. I am truly thankful to God for making all of this possible. Here’s to another joyful birthday for me!
I am excited to announce that I will be publishing a book detailing my journey to motherhood and the experiences surrounding my pregnancy. With faith, all things are achievable. As the scripture states, those who are planted will bear fruit in their old age, and their produce will remain vibrant. Indeed, God’s faithfulness endures, even in the face of our shortcomings. I have some tools that I used but rest assured, you will find more insights in my forthcoming book and YouTube series titled "Time and Me." The Seed! Dear friends. You can call me Mama Organic. As I mentioned in my last post, embracing a healthy lifestyle has been the most important part of my pregnancy journey. That's why I'm excited to share all my recipes with anyone who wants to join me. In my book, you'll also discover other helpful tools that I've used along the way. I am truly grateful to the Almighty God, who has been our support throughout the ages and continues to guide us today. Our gratitude to God, the creator of everything, is everlasting.

Overcoming Economic Crisis

Overcoming Economic Crisis: Effective Approaches- Prepare for any upcoming challenges Build up savings and make smart investments Empower your family and friends Positively impact your business Stay focused and connected in your business endeavors Embrace entrepreneurship, whether in small or large-scale ventures Stay informed about current events and utilize information wisely Distinguish between needs and wants Lead a content life, stay focused, and prioritize prayer and reading.
It is imperative that we cease attributing our challenges to external factors. While the corruption of certain global leaders is a significant issue, it does not justify inaction. Although the environment can significantly influence a nation's development, it should not dictate an individual's potential for success. Each person must cultivate a mindset geared towards achievement, irrespective of their country's circumstances. Economic crises are an inevitable aspect of life, occurring regardless of the robustness of global systems. Some individuals may experience profound disappointment, while others will adapt and persevere. In situations that exceed our control, seeking divine guidance and support is essential. Therefore, we encourage everyone to engage in prayer for the betterment of the world.
In the context of the current global economic crisis, possessing a certificate alone is insufficient. It is imperative for individuals to cultivate their skills and collaborate effectively with others. The biblical passage from Proverbs 22:29 states, "Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before unknown men." This underscores the importance of engaging in productive activities. It is unwise to depend solely on others, as human imperfection is a universal trait. Recognizing that others may fail to meet your expectations can foster a more realistic perspective, as you too may not fulfill the expectations of others. Acknowledging the realities of the world can significantly influence one's mindset and beliefs. Rather than merely criticizing global leaders, it is more constructive to advocate for change and pray for a better world. Through meditation, individuals can gain insights and clarity, which can guide their actions. Pen by Queendaline

A Reflection on Thankfulness for My Baby Baptism

Baby christening is a cherished Christian tradition that we are grateful to partake in. I am grateful for the christening of our daughter on Sunday 21.07.2024. Our daughter was baptized on this day in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.
The day couldn't have been more perfect for our daughter's baptism at the evangelical church. The weather was ideal, and we were surrounded by loved ones to witness this important occasion.
I am thankful for the successful baptism of my daughter. I extend my gratitude to God and the entire Evangelical church Greentown (Grünstadt) for their love and hospitality during the ceremony last Sunday.
I want to express my gratitude to all our family and friends in France, Germany, USA and Nigeria for their love and support. As stated in Mark 10:13-16, the scripture reminds us of the importance of welcoming children and their innocence, for they hold a special place in the kingdom of God.
The baptism verse in the Bible is derived from Psalm 139:5, which reads "You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head."
A special thank you goes to Pastor Mrs. Prün for conducting a beautiful service. She carefully selected the songs, hymns, and Bible passage for the day, creating a memorable and joyous occasion with God's family.
Lydia enjoyed the service, surprising her father who was unsure if she would stay till the end. Despite being breastfed once and falling asleep during the photo session, we stayed till the end of the sermon.
The hymn-Praise to the Lord, the Almighty, the King of creation! Oh my soul, praise Him, for He is your health and salvation! All who hear, come near to His temple; praise Him with joyful adoration. The song „He's Got the Whole World in His Hands" was sung in both German and English during the ceremony. I am eternally grateful to God for making everything possible, and I want to express my heartfelt thanks to all our guests. Following the ceremony, we changed clothes and proceeded to the restaurant for the reception.
Additionally, her christening took place at our family house in Nigeria on the same day, with the presence of her godfather Mr. Tope Saliu and godmother Mrs Grace Iyabo Saliu, RCCG members from Festac parish, and Pastor Momah from Deeper Life Church. All her cousins were also in attendance. I am thankful for the blessings bestowed upon my daughter and me.
Lydia officially has 4 godmothers and one godfather. Following the christening, she gained an additional godmother, bringing the total to 5.She has 3 godmothers in Germany, one in Nigeria, and one in Paris, as well as one godfather. There is still an opportunity for anyone who wishes to become her godmother. A child is nurtured not only by her immediate family but also by the wider community, which ultimately becomes a global family.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for Lydia's christening at our family home in Nigeria. It was a special day with her godfather Mr. Tope Saliu, godmother Mrs. Grace Iyabo (Ebiniyi) Saliu, RCCG members from Festac parish, and Pastor from Deeper Life Church, as well as all her cousins. I am truly grateful for the blessings that have been given to my daughter and me. Lydia now has 3 godmothers and one godfather. After the christening, she gained another godmother, making it a total of 4. She has 2 godmothers in Germany, one in Nigeria, and one in Paris, along with one godfather.
We are so grateful for the love and support of our global family. Once again, thank you all for your prayers and support. God bless you. And a special thank you to my elder brother, Mr. Ademola Ebiniyi , Aunty Tina, my siblings, the Saliu family, and all our friends and well-wishers. God bless you all and keep you all in Jesus Christ name.

Honoring the Innocence and Happiness of Children's Day

Children are considered to be the most precious beings on Earth, deserving of a life filled with goodness and quality. It is imperative that children are safeguarded and their rights and freedoms are upheld and respected at all times. It is crucial for parents, especially mothers, to prioritize the well-being of their children. Parents should be vigilant in protecting their children from harm. Young children, particularly babies and those under the age of three, are unable to communicate their discomfort verbally. Therefore, it is the responsibility of parents, especially mothers, to use their intuition to identify and address any issues their children may be facing. Neglecting to closely monitor and observe changes in children is not advisable. Parents must be attentive and keep a close eye on their children's well-being. A concerning anecdote was shared about a father whose daughter ingested soap, fell and injured her head on multiple occasions, and another daughter placed her hand in boiling water. This raises questions about the mother's awareness and attentiveness to her children's safety. The effectiveness of a mother's watchfulness and instinct in safeguarding children from potential hazards is uncertain based on the aforementioned situation. As we celebrate Children's Day, let us extend warm wishes to all the children around the world. May the Almighty continue to protect and watch over our young ones. God bless all the children in the world. Amen.
