Welcome to Queendaline Schneider's Blog: Africans Have More Opportunities in Germany than T...: The Tipping of Toilet Attendants in Germany is often seen at public places; such as, shopping malls, departmental stores,restaurants,...

Africans Have More Opportunities in Germany than Toilet Tipping
I'm not against the toilet tipping in Germany. What surprises me; is the fact that most of the places I have used the restroom, the attendants are mostly blacks (Africans). When you visit a mall in some region of Germany, and make use of their restroom you will see a young man or woman properly dressed, sitting or standing, with a plate that already has few coins 50 Euro cent or 1 Euro in it, close to the restroom. I wonder if these people (Africans) will do this in their homeland; to work as toilet attendants, Even when most of them are Graduates.
I remember during one of my 'Sprachkurs' (Germany lesson) classes, the Teacher asked the question; "Why is it that when you go to the public restroom in Germany the attendants are usually Africans? I looked at her and, I said It puzzles me, when I see my fellow Africans sitting next to the toilet to collect 50 Euro Cents tip. I don't blame this people (Africans),You know why? most of them are not rightly informed on the chances and the opportunities they have, to work in Germany. With their higher education qualification.
Over the past years, there have been a lot of immigrants in Germany; some are victims of wars and crimes i.e Syria. also there are a lot of Africans/Asians who migrated to Germany either by marriage or studies or in search for a better life. Most of them have already acquired their higher education in their homeland or country, unknown to some of them that they can actually work with their degrees or professional qualifications, that they have obtained from their homeland, Here In Germany. But due to the lack of adequate information they settle for less. Especially the African race.
The question most asked or imagined is can i work with my qualification in Germany? The answer to this question is YES and No. Let me explain.
For those with a regulated profession such as; Doctors, Teachers, Nurses and Lawyers the recognition of your professional qualification is a must. The people with the above professions, can continue work in Germany with the qualifications from their homeland; all you need to do; is first, enroll for the (Sprachkurs) German language classes. Do the integration course for the minimum of one-two years (A1-B2 or C1). It really depends on the individual, some people learn fast, and others need more time to catch up. The best way to catch up with the language is to have as many contacts as you can have with the Germans. This will help you in practicing; that helps you to demonstrate your German proficiency in the labour market.
Opportunities in the labour market: send your documents of qualification for "Anerkennung" recognition or "Zeugnisbewertung" assesment of foreign qualifications. This Recognition helps to increase your chances in the labour market. It helps the employee to better understand and evaluate the qualification, also approve of what the applicant has learned. People with the above mentioned profession or vocational skill, can work in the German labour market with their foreign qualification; Also those who have other qualifications in various field of studies can as well practice in Germany. You only need to go to the labour market. It will be good if you have done the recognition or assessment of your qualification before going to the labour market.
Don't limit yourself, move out and do some findings about your living and working in any country you find yourself. I once met a Nigerian, who claimed to have a hospital in Lagos (A city In Nigeria) and had practiced as a doctor; after studying medical science at the university of Lagos, only for him to close down his hospital and come all the way to Germany, to work as a hospital post man (messenger) because he failed to go through the right process or perphas his Knowledge in the medical field is low standard compared to what is obtainable in Germany. But Unlike The First Example, I also met a young female Teacher from Rwanda, who is practicing in Germany as a Teacher because she did the necessary things first.
Please for further information; kindly visit www.kmk.org/Zeugnisbewertung

Why Do People go to Church
Today as I was prepared to go to the church; something speaks to me, why do people go to church? I tried to ignored the thought, because I don't know why such thought on a Sunday morning. But when I got to the church, The Preacher's Sermon was same as my thought.
The message read: "Was bedeutet es zur Kirche zu gehen"- Martinskirche meaning: (why do people go to church). The spirit of God bears witness; The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children.- Roman 8:16
As Christians, church attendance is of high regard, because it is a place we can all come together to worship, for word of encouragement, and learn from God's words for our spiritual growth, with the power to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world.
As a believer, we have to fellowship with our brethen in the Lord; I grew up attending Church services or programs. My earliest memories are times when I fellowed my family to the C&S (Cherubim and Seraphim) Church in Nigeria and after my mother's death in 1997, in 1998 I had a dream and a loud voice that speaks to me in the dream to go to The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).
The Redeemed Christain Church of God is a Pentecostal church in Nigeria, and it was founded in the year 1952 by the late Pa Josiah Akindayomi. And now it being governed by Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye since 1981-date.
I do not know about RCCG, until my dream; so the following morning I visited one of my cousin, Omorenike Ebiniyi by name. She is my first cousin so we share the same surname. When I got the family house I called Morenike out from the room, then I asked her if she know any church call Redeemed Church, but she said that she don't know, that she hasn't heard of such name before. Then she said there seems to be a new church in town now maybe you should visit there. So the following Sunday I went to the Rock Villa College and inside of the School there was a church using one of the school's hall and that was one of the branches of RCCG 'Holiness Parish'. That was how I became member of the church. I joined the church as Teenager so I was member of the Teen church; with the Pastor's children and other Teenagers we formed a group called 'The Ecclesiates Dancers'- led by sister Funmilayo Akinjola.
During my teenage years, I was attending the church services regularly. When I relocated to Germany, I met people who aren't regular attenders and those who are no more part of the church for various reasons, it's a surprise to find out that even though Christianity is the culture of the Europeans, but some of them don't know why they have to be a part of the church. One of the
German's famous quotes is"Christentum ist die Leitkultur in Europa". Meaning "Christianity is the Leading Culture in Europe". There is a lot of beautiful churches in Germany, but you don't get to see most christians in Germany often in the Church Service on Sunday, only on a special occasion.
Why go to church? It is God's will for christians to fellowership together in one place for the edifying of the body of Christ. "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exthorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching"(Hebrews 10:25). Do forget our faith grow more stronger when we hear or share the word of God. The word of God is alive and it brings delieverance and healing to those in need of it.
What is the benefit of attending the church regularly? According to the text from Hebrews, the early church, were at the verge of falling into the temptation of not meeting together, Hebrews 10:25, is just a warning for brethen not to forget to meet together in order to encouraged each other in the Lord. And going to church helps us to be prepared for the second coming of Jesus Christ. And we have to live our lives according to the word of God; it is when our faith connect with the word of God, that it grows. Our greatest benefit is heaven.
Finally, as a believers, we should be a positve and a good models to the world; going to church bring us more closer to God. "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord"- Colossians 3:16.
My testimony; if I didn't go to RCCG church, i might not be where i am today. It was after attending one of the anointing service of the Regional Evangelist Pastor J.T Kalejaiye which was held at one of the RCCG parish 'soul winner cathedral' in Festac town, Amuwo-Odofin Local Government Lagos Nigeria. During the program something happened, that is another story' Don't get it wrong here, the pastor didn't pray for me and I did not fall under any anointing like some people will claimed but something happened...
Go to church and win a soul for Christ. God bless you.

Free Yourself and Change Your Life
Some people are even the arrester of their own destiny, because they can not think for a way forward, they start looking or searching for quotes or scriptures that goes or fit their condition or the situation of things. They forget the power of the words of our mouth and the 'Law of Attraction'. Another exmple, is the popuplar quote "God time is the best time", of course God's time is always the best time, but when is the God's time for you? A man once asked me this question and I didn't have an answer to the question either as then. He said my dear when is the God's time?" Is it when a man died and start to stink like brother Lazarus in the grave? I listened until he has finished talking, because I had no choice, but to hear him. "... Lord by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days"- John 11:39, and he said to me may our case never be like brother Lazarus, may will not die before our time in Jesus name (Amen).
The old man was right, to some extend, because a lot of people has forgotten the principle of faith; meaning faith without work is dead. So many have died without fulfilling their purpose here earth. Do not be deceive by anyone; "But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass"- James 1:22-23
The Living Church of God, and their beliefs; next Sunday service at the church (Pentecostal church): during the sermon the Pastor tone shifts from great awakening message of God's timing is the best Time", and thereby asking the congregation when is the "God's time?", they (congregation) Echo Now! Like a rain of amen! It is clear here, that most of them do not understand the phrase God's time is the best time, because God's timing can be anytime you are ready for the change you so much desire. Why do I say so? Some events in life has made me to realised that until you take a move and start doing some findings or looking for a way forward; your situation may likely remain the same or may not even change for the good. Oftentime we question God's timing, because we are looking for guidance or deliverance from a difficult situation, which made us only human. We can be rest assured of God's promises, but God's word does not teaches us to be lazy or idle; so work hard, believe in God and listen to your innermost man to hear and know when God is speaking to you.
"How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep? Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep: So shall poverty come as one that travelleth, and thy want as an armed man"- proverbs 6:9-11
"He also that is slothful in his work is brother to him that is a great waster"- proverbs 18:9
Go back to history movers and shakers don't wait for no one, they are thinkers and they understand the principle of good timing. The powerful, the Genius, and the Ignorant are all human born by a woman. Free yourself and know thyself; there is responsibility that comes with the priviledge of knowing who you are.

I Want To Empower My Fans- Toyin Aimakhu
The veteran actress Toyin Aimakhu in a recent interview with Fashion Buzz, has said she is going to empower her fans. So they wont need to ask anybody for financial help again. The actress who has been through a lot of challenges in her relationship is a household name in the media industry.
She also talkend on how she overcame the negative bug on the social media through the help of God, her mummy, family and off course her fans which is the reason why she said, she can't wait for the endorsements to roll in; when they do, she is ready and willing to help a lot of her fans, because they were there for her.
One of the unique things, about this beautiful and talented actress is the fact that she kept everything that happened in her marriage with Adeniyi Johnson to herself. She was wise enough not to make what happened in her marriage public. At some point, people got to know what happened, but it wasn't from her. Despite how the interviewer tried to get her to talk about her ex-husband and ex-boyfriend Seun Egbegbe, she refused to talk about them, particularly her ex-husband Adeniyi Johnson.

According to her, she is still in love with him deep down. She added that, because she is really scared of going into any other relationship.
